Residential Flooring
Real Wood Flooring
Genuine timber, sourced and fitted with care. Solid and engineered wood flooring brings warmth, character and a floor that can be renewed rather than replaced — supplied and fitted across Manchester and Cheshire.

There's nothing quite like real wood. The grain, the warmth, the way it ages — a genuine timber floor adds character that no printed surface can quite match. It's the choice for living rooms, dining rooms and hallways where you want something that feels authentic and lasts for decades.
Real wood also demands respect. It moves with humidity, it needs a stable subfloor, and it has to be acclimatised before fitting. We source quality solid and engineered wood, acclimatise it properly, prepare the subfloor and fit it with the expansion gaps and finishing that keep it stable and beautiful.
If the room is a kitchen, bathroom or somewhere prone to spills, we'd usually point you towards LVT or laminate instead. Engineered boards also come in herringbone if you want the pattern in genuine timber.
Options & formats
Solid or engineered — which is right for you?
They look the same on the surface; underneath they behave very differently. We'll match the construction to your subfloor, your heating and the room.
Engineered wood
Real timber top layer on a stable core — looks identical to solid wood but resists movement and works with underfloor heating. Our recommendation for most homes.
Solid wood
A single piece of timber through and through — the most traditional option, refinishable many times, best in stable, dry rooms without underfloor heating.
Oak, walnut & more
A range of species, grades and finishes — from pale, clean oaks to rich walnuts and characterful, knotted grades. Samples in your home before you decide.
